1. Definitions

Verification requests must be fulfilled within 14 days. Failure to provide requested documents may result in account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawal privileges. 4.2 Deposit Policies

Deposits must be made from a bank account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed. You are solely responsible for ensuring that deposited funds originate from legitimate sources. ledak3 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds, particularly for deposits exceeding Rp 10,000,000.

All deposits are final. Once funds are credited to your account, they cannot be refunded except in cases of technical error or duplicate charges. If you believe a deposit was processed in error, contact customer support immediately with transaction details.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawals can be requested at any time through your account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account used for deposits, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. If you wish to withdraw to a different bank account, additional verification may be required.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are subject to the official rules of the respective sports governing bodies. Results are determined based on official league or tournament outcomes. In the event of abandoned, postponed, or cancelled matches, bets will be voided unless otherwise specified in the sport-specific rules. Live in-play bets are accepted up until the point the outcome is determined or the market is suspended. We reserve the right to void bets placed after an outcome has been determined or when critical match-influencing information was publicly available.

7.2 Casino Games

While RTP indicates long-term statistical payout rates, individual session results may vary significantly. All casino game outcomes are final. 7.3 Irregular Play

ledak3 reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings in cases of irregular play, including:

• Use of bots, automated betting software, or artificial intelligence tools
• Collusion with other players or third parties
• Exploiting technical errors or software glitches
• Betting patterns consistent with arbitrage or advantage play across platforms

8. Account Security and User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized it. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify customer support immediately.

ledak3 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain credential security. We recommend using strong, unique passwords and enabling two-factor authentication if available.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account termination:

• Money laundering or using the Platform to transfer funds derived from illegal activities
• Providing false information during registration or verification
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account
• Using VPNs or other tools to disguise your location
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the Platform's source code
• Harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward staff or other users
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit technical vulnerabilities

10. Limitations of Liability

ledak3 provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime and reliable service delivery, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond our control.

In no event shall ledak3's total liability to you exceed the amount you deposited into your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of ledak3's licensing authority. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be addressed through our internal dispute resolution process via customer support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, either party may seek resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. Users agree to waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against ledak3.

12. Account Closure and Suspension

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and verification requirements. Bonuses and promotional credits will be forfeited upon account closure.

ledak3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts that violate these Terms, exhibit fraudulent behavior, or pose a security risk. In such cases, we may withhold funds pending investigation and reserve the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
